Aku baru saja layan cerita Indera Joned kat TV3. Cerita pasal artifak yang berada di Bukit Bunuh. Hemmm...wujud ke artifak di Bukit Bunuh seperti tempayan emas tu???? sambil aku dok termenung panjang..terbaca plak satu artikel pasal Bukit Bunuh.....
"GEORGE TOWN: Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) is expected to send a
summary of results on findings to prove Bukit Bunuh as a meteorite
impact area to The Planetary and Space Science Centre (PASSC) at the
University of Brunswick in Canada by year-end.
Its Deputy
Vice-Chancellor, Prof Datuk Omar Osman, said the summary was important
to register Bukit Bunuh as one of the world’s 28 meteorite impact areas
which revealed evidence of suevite stone from a total of 896 world
meteorite impact sites.
“This registration will turn Bukit Bunuh
into a world reference site for meteorite impact studies, as well as
mark Malaysia in the World Meteorite Impact Area Map,” he told reporters
here Monday.
Earlier, he officiated the International Conference
on Archaeogeology of Meteorite Impact At Bukit Bunuh Area, Lenggong,
Perak, a four-day seminar organised by USM, beginning July 15."
Nampaknya pihak USM bertindak untuk menghantar laporan kepada PASSC di Unversiti of Brunswick di Kanada untuk mendaftarkan kawasan Bukit Bunuh sebagai tempat kejatuhan meteor. So aku dah tak termenung dah.....
